check out death sentence on imdb, made this year starring kevin bacon, man witnesses shocking brutality against his family, his life changes from being a rich executive to a man hell bent on revenge.

The two films are not at all alike I am sorry to inform you. Death Sentence is a lot more like the 2004 film The Punisher, which shares some similarities to OUTLAW. Death Sentence is about a mans son being murdered in front of him, and he seeks revenge, which actually is not at all like OUTLAW besides the point of vigilantism. Death Sentence is related to the Punisher in the sense that both men turned vigilantes after their families were murdered in front of their eyes. OUTLAW and The Punisher both focus on making "those who do evil to others pay".
